Friendly and efficient staff provided assistance during check-in.

I encountered several issues . The light in the bathroom was broken when I first arrived, forcing me to switch rooms. The cleanliness of the second room was unacceptable, with dried food on the ceiling and used items on the floor. I was woken up when housekeeping mistakenly knocked, thinking I had checked out, especially frustrating given my night shift schedule. To top it off, I woke the next day to a cold shower because the water was turned off, and I was told it would take an hour to get it back.

Ok, clean, older room. Great Tex-Mex restaurant about 1/4 mile away.

Not much you can say about a vintage Route 66 hotel where even Lucy and Ricky might have stayed. It's just old, but well kept.

Overall fine stay out of our 13 day road trip. Easy to get to, exceptionally nice and unbeatable location next to restaurants as well as California.

A surprise breakfast delight

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The complimentary breakfast featured a waffle maker, which left the kids thrilled. Staff was friendly at check-in!

Check in was easy (I had a reservation) and the woman at the desk was very nice.

The Wi-Fi was intermittent (my business works with the internet, so this was a problem), called to report, no results. It was cold and the heater blew coolish air until around 2 AM & it woke me up, it was very hot. TV did not work at all....very disappointing stay!

Our quick stop was good! The room felt spacious, with a comfy bed and excellent amenities like a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was adequate, with waffles and yogurt, but it could use more healthy options. Staff were friendly. Just remember, this isn't a bustling hub. It's a serene pit stop.

Well I liked the stay at this hotel and I felt very comfortable staying. I loved the view of the mountain when I went outside early in the morning and the air was very fresh. The rooms was very clean and smells very refreshing. The room were very large. Most of all I loved the bed it was very comfortable I slept very good and got my rest. Thanks,

Quality Inn in Grants offered a comfortable stay with spacious rooms and friendly service. The breakfast options were satisfactory, though a little more variety would enhance the experience. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, my overall visit was enjoyable and convenient for my travels.

Nice sized room, comfortable easy chair in room, good computer desk with lots of room, nice chair, good refrigerator.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast with sausage patties and juices and pastries. Staff is nice and you can park your car on site. The location is unique, 1 mile from El Malpais National Monument...

Had a blast with friends here! We visited the local area and went to a nearby canyon. The full breakfast was a nice bonus, and the pool was relaxing after a long day. The room was huge with comfy beds. Just be prepared for a busy breakfast time and come early to avoid missing out.

Had an issue with the guest laundry. It was annoying to hear they didn't have change for the machines, forcing us to go out for quarters. It impacted our plans a bit, but we made do.
